How do I contact Customer Service?

Can I reserve an item?
Currently, we do not have the facility to take pre orders for products however you can create a wish list at Music Store Pro with all the products and items you'd like to buy. As well as this you can keep up to date with new products as soon as they are available through the Music Store Pro newsletter.
Can I amend my order?
There is no problem amending your order as long as the items have not been shipped, if you have an alternate delivery address or would like to change a size or colour we will do our best to make this happen if we have the product available. We can also offer combined shipping if you place more than one item with us at the same time, for these amendments to be made please get in touch with a member of Music Store Pro team as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind for any reason and would like to cancel your order please contact us with your name, order number, address and reason for the cancellation as soon as possible. We offer a same day dispatch service on a majority of our orders so many of the parcels are shipped throughout the day on the day of purchase. As long as you order has not been shipped we can cancel this for you with no problem, if you parcel is on its way to you, you will need to return it to us and we will process your return as quickly as possible.
Where is my order confirmation?
After you place an order with Music Store Pro you will receive a confirmation email, if for some reason you don't receive this confirmation please check your junk or spam boxes. If you still haven't received an email from us please get in touch with a member of Music Store Pro team as soon as possible.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order on the "My Account" page on our website or under the "My Account" section at the bottom of each page. Please sign in and then click on "Order Tracking".
I’ve Placed My Order, What Happens Next?
We will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. We will despatch your order and send you an e-mail to say that your goods are on their way. If there are any problems or unforeseen delays with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
I Have Spotted a Mistake on Your Website, What Should I Do?

How Do I Give You Feedback About Your Products?
We welcome any feedback about the products we sell. If you want to review a product, please find that product's page on our website, click on the “Reviews” tab, then write your review and click on “Submit Review”.If you have any comments about our service, please contact us using the web contact form.
Can You Let Me Know When This Item Is Back In Stock?
Yes! We have a feature on our website that automatically e-mails you when a product you are interested in comes back into stock.
For products we regularly stock, click the "Receive an e-mail when back in stock" link on the product's page. Enter your e-mail address and we'll let you know as soon as we have stock.
For products that are special order only, you can still let us know you are interested in the product by clicking the "I'm interested in this product" link on the product page and entering your email address.
You'll only be able to register for these updates when a product is out of stock.
